SUNDAY AFTERNOONS

CYFA (SCHOOL YEARS 10-13)

5.00PM – 6.30PM

VENUE: HOLY TRINITY CHURCH

CYFA is our senior discipleship youth group looking at issues of life, faith and the world they are grappling to understand. Led by committed and skilled leaders Vicki, Steve and Josh, this group aims to grow a safe community of young people that value each others faith journey whatever that looks like. We have a strong desire to see independent, thinking disciples striding boldly forward to become part of our church. We also have a strong desire to have a shed load of fun whilst we’re at it!

Come along and try it for yourself: open to all!!! Be warned: we like to head to the evening service straight after so get the homework done first!

THURSDAY EVENING

ROCK SOLID (SCHOOL YEARS 7-9)

7.00PM – 8.30PM

VENUE: HOLY TRINITY CHURCH

Rock Solid is a youth group involving chaos, food and fun! From competitions and activities to plenty of free time and chillout space, this is really the place to be on Thursday nights during term time. Starting at 7pm and running to 8.30pm (unless we are on a trip where we may be longer), we aim to have fun whilst making friends and discovering a little more about faith and other important issues of life. There is no cost to the event.

FRIDAY EVENINGS (ONLY 2ND & 4TH)

EIGHT O CLOCK SERIES (SCHOOL YEARS 10-13)

8.00PM – 10.00PM

VENUE: HOLY TRINITY CHURCH

Table tennis, pool, xbox, cooking classes, board games, movie nights, games with prizes, firepits, food and much more! Each evening there is food and a very nice non-alcoholic bar where any drink will cost you just 20p! Come and hang out with us…

WHAT ELSE DO WE DO?

TaG mentoring programme

Soul Survivor – A Christian festival for young people

All the youth work operates to the standards and values of Holy Trinity & Trendlewood Safeguarding Policy.

What else?

WHY DO WE DO IT?

We want to create youth work that nurtures young people in Christian discipleship through worship, fellowship, study and mission. We strive to be an engaging and welcoming community for young people that:

• Surrounds – young people with an unconditional love that fosters genuine relationships
• Anchors – them in the joys and traditions of the Christian faith
• Energizes – and equips them to extend the love of Christ to the world.
